The Story of Kathy's food LEATHER
It all started while driving along the country roads of Snohomish, Skagit and Island counties...
In the late fall, I would frequently see apple trees loaded with fruit, fruit that was left to fall to the ground. For many years I wondered how to match the abundance of fruit to the people who want it. I wondered how to raise the awareness of the abundance. How to eliminate the waste.
This became the inspiration for Kathy's food LEATHER.
Through inquiry, I found that many homeowners want to grow healthy and productive fruit trees, but they cannot use all that they produce. These are now some of the homeowners who contribute to our vision of environmental and personal health through sharing and caring.
To stand in this vision of wellness with integrity, we are committed to avoiding plastic, and use only
